My friend and I were discussing this over chat and we came up with these.
  1. Look in your start menu for any HP-based software. The shortcut on that menu should have the same name of the program that's popping up.
  2. Right-click on that shorcut and find where it says Shortcut Key on the Shortcut tab (as shown in the image).
  3. If there is anything there (most likely Ctrl+Alt+S), then delete it.

Or you could do this:
  1. At your desktop Press Ctrl+Alt+Del. Look at what processes are running.
  2. Then hit Ctrl+Alt+S. There should be a new process that pops up in the Task Manager. That process is the program that is executed when Ctrl+Alt+S is pressed.
  3. Open a search (Start -> Search or Windowkey+F) and do a search on that process name.
  4. When you find the program, right-click on it and click Open Containing Folder. It will automatically highlight the program.
  5. Move the program to another folder (one you can remember).

If neither of these things work, my firend or I could use the Remote Assistance program (Start -> All Programs -> Remote Assistance (RA)) on your computer to help you. My friend has his IT associates degree (has a much longer name than that), and I'm working on mine. We're just a bunch of geeks that are willing to help out. So if you'd like, we would be happy to work on it in such a manner. You'll need to invite us via RA using MSN to do so. If you PM me, I can give you our screen names.

I had this problem too. Here is the fix:
1)Go to Start
2)All programs
3)PC Help & Tools
4)Once in it, find "HP Pavilion Support Information"
5)Right-click it and go to "Properties"
6)Under the Shortcut tab, remove the Ctrl+Alt+S Shortcut and you should stop having the problem.

Hope this helped. If you can't find it under PC Help & Tools, just do a computer search for the program.

Basically, its the same thing I was trying to get Hyper to do, but step 3 in your post really helps out. That was the one bit of info I was missing to help explain how to get rid of the issue. I hope it works. Thanks Johan.

Well Riplox i followed your instructions correctly even with that bit of info missing and it's not popping up... Thank you everyone who has helped me or tried to help me.
